| Background / Experience
Dave came to Wyoming from Cleveland, Ohio with a scholarship to attend classes and play football at the University of Wyoming. After graduating with a degree in Administration of Justice and being named Captain and MVP of the Cowboys, Dave began his career in the beer distribution business as Sales Manager for Orrison Distributing. Dave later gained partnership in Cheyenne Beverage and in 1998 the corporation purchased Longpre Distributing in Laramie. In November 2004, after 27 years in the beer business, Dave retired as President of the company to pursue a new adventure. Dave’s interest, combined with over 20 years experience as a real estate investor and property manager, was a driving force leading him to his new career as a real estate professional.
Personal
Dave is married with 3 children that he enjoys camping, fishing and biking with.
Community involvement has been very important to him during his 25 years in
Cheyenne. He has volunteered and served on numerous fund raising committees
including The ARC of Laramie County, The Depot Museum, The Territorial Prison
and coached for many years at the YMCA and City League Youth Sports.
