| Background/Experience
Michelle "Shelley" Clements was born and raised in Cheyenne. After graduation from East High, she attended LCCC and the University of Wyoming, earning degrees in Network Systems Engineering, Internet Programming and Web Site Design.
Over the past 15 years, Shelley has had the opportunity to pursue a multitude of entrepreneurial interests including professional woodworking, property management, real estate investment, and small business ownership. She is also an adjunct professor of Business and Technology for Laramie County Community College. Most recently Shelley retired as Chief Financial Officer of Cheyenne Beverage (December 2004) in order to fulfill her commitment as a full time Realtor with The Property Exchange.
Personal
Shelley is married to Dave and they have 3 children with whom they enjoy camping, fishing, skiing and biking. Community service and involvement have always played an important role in their lives. Together they have volunteered and served on numerous boards and fund raising committees including the LCSD#1 Parent Advisory Board, PTO, All City Children’s Chorus, the ARC of Laramie County, the YMCA, and the Cheyenne and Laramie Brewers’ Festivals to benefit the Depot and Territorial Prison museums.
